Ensure your arriving flight to PVR lands before 4pm and your departing flight leaves after 12pm so the resort can arrange your boat transportation, boats do not run at night for safety and local laws.
If you’d like to carpool and travel with the group we will have a Slack channel to coordinate group travel once you sign up.
You MUST buy insurance on your plane tickets as well as travel insurance. We are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations from missed flights, miss booked flights, weather or personal affairs.
NEVER BUY A FLIGHT FROM A THIRD PARTY. BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THE AIRLINE.

Yes- this retreat is beginner friendly! You would be surprised how many people join our retreats who have never done aerial yoga before. We will have beginner level classes during the retreat. In fact, you don’t have to do any aerial yoga at all if you don’t want to, there are plenty of other things to fill your schedule with :)

Yes, of course! We already have another couple joining us. The boys are welcome to join all aerial yoga classes and excursions just like any other guests, but don’t have to if they do not want to. If you are traveling with a partner, we highly recommend the Lovers Casita for the most romantic getaway!

Group transportation from the airport to the resort and back, family style meals, potable water, accommodation, daily aerial yoga classes.
The resort also has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bug spray, and towels- so you can pack light!
Open Aerial also gives out fabulous gift bags :)

Airfare, alcohol, ala carte food outside of meal time, excursions, spa treatments, and travel insurance. You MUST purchase your own travel insurance policy as Open Aerial is not responsible for any travel disruptions or cancellations.

Once you reserve your room, we pay the retreat center and stop marketing your room.
Due to the planning and preparation required for these events, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.
We are happy to offer studio credit for future retreats, teacher trainings, memberships, classes, and merch for your friends and family!
We strongly recommend travel insurance options to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.

With Flight Room Seattle, Taylor gathered dozen new friends for seven amazing days jam-packed of aerial yoga and adventure at an all-inclusive luxury resort on the tropical island of the Dominican Republic!
Our experience included three delicious meals each day, luxury accommodations, daily aerial yoga classes in the oceanfront studio and access to the resort’s many amenities including pool, beach, snorkels, bicycles and kayaks.
We intentionally built in plenty of “down time” to allow as much adventure or relaxation as you’d like.
We come home from the retreat with full hearts, new friends, and plenty of photos to save our precious memories!
