No worries! This is your investment into yourself and you can take what you want from it. I am not available to individually review missed days but you will have access to the training PDF document.

The top measurable objective is to teach a safe and fun Aerial Yoga Level 1 class. We'll also go over low hammock, Pilates basics, how to curate a playlist, kids classes and parties.
