FAQ

  • We have a huge private lot with a parking attendant just for our customers right at our front door! Please park in the parking garage at the Elan building 18502 Beach Blvd Huntington Beach CA 92648 in retail spaces. We are first level retail with apartments above and apartment residents are not allowed to use our retail parking. There is always extra EV and handicapped parking- so if you have an EV or a handicap placard, please park there.

We have multiple video walkthroughs of our parking lot from all directions in our IG highlights here https://www.instagram.com/open.aerial/ and also parking reminders on every 3rd party booking platform, our website, social media, Walla, and pre-class email and text reminders.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before class to find parking, use the restroom, sign the waiver, and gather your props. Please do not interrupt class after it has already started. Doors lock at start of class, no late arrivals and no exceptions.

    Please bring your own mat.

Please remove ALL JEWLERY ESPECIALY RINGS! They 100% WILL rip the fabric and injury your finger and ring! We will be checking when you check in, the beginning of class, and if we notice any rings still on during class we will have to stop class for you to take it off.

Wear a shirt that has sleeves to cover your armpits and long leggings to be more comfortable in the hammock.

It is recommended to avoid eating for 1 hour before class to prevent nausea during inversions.

  • We suggest long, non baggy pants and sleeves to protect your skin and armpits. Loose fitting clothing may fall down during inversions.

Also NO jewelry or rings of ANY type, pretty please! Jewelry WILL rip the fabric as well as injure your fingers or damage your ring.

Similarly, please do not bring chewing gum to the studio as it is a choking hazard and a nuisance to other students. Students chewing gum will be asked to spit it out.

Make sure to bring a mat!

  • Not having child care is not an acceptable reason to bring a child to class. Please only bring children who are interested in the activity and are mature enough to stay quiet and follow along with the class.

Most children are capable of taking a regular class at 16. If your child is disruptive at all during class you will be asked to leave. If you think your child may not be ready for an adult class, please do not bring them.

Children accounts are the same as adult accounts in Walla. You’ll have to create an account for your child to register or add them as a guest with their own waiver. Kids classes are for children with maturity levels age 8-12. A private lesson may be a better fit for some kids.

  • Nothing to be nervous about! All classes are beginner friendly unless stated otherwise and all classes are taught with patience and every student in mind. You are welcome to take a 1:1 private lesson or a private group lesson with your friends before taking your first class.
